Veronica R. Blangy is an attorney specializing in all
aspects of family law, including dissolution of
marriage, child custody, spousal and child support,
annulments, and other related issues involving family
law matters.
Veronica joined with the Law Offices of Kelly Chang, A
Professional Law Corporation in the summer of
2008. Prior to working with the Law Offices of Kelly
Chang, Veronica has exclusively worked for family
law specialists.


Veronica attended paralegal school where she graduated 1st in her class. Veronica then
proceeded to law school at the University of Denver, Colorado. While in law school she
interned for the Jefferson County District Attorney’s Office. She also interned for the Law
Offices of Kerry Hada (Honorable Denver County Court Judge, Kerry S. Hada). After
obtaining her Juris Doctorate, she then earned a Masters of Law in Taxation which has
proven useful in the intricate financial details of family law.
In law school, she was Articles Editor of the highly ranked Denver Journal of International
Law and Policy. She was also involved as President of the Asian Pacific American Law
Students Association and Treasurer of the Federalist Society.
Currently, she is involved in the following legal organizations: South Bay Bar Association,
Los Angeles County Bar Association – Family Law Section, Southern California Family Law
American Inn of Court as an executive member, and the Asian Pacific American Bar
Association.
While not focusing on all aspects of family law, she is involved in CHELU (Chamorro
Hands in Education Links Unity). She was born on her native island of Guam where both of
her parents are from. After moving off the island, she was raised in the “states.” She
enjoys reading, yoga, and spending lots of time with her two young sons at the beach. She
is a devout Catholic.
