Due to the volume of telephone and email requests we receive on a daily
basis, we simply do not have the manpower or resources to respond to each
email, or offer free initial consultations.  Our initial consultations cost between
$350 - $500.  If you retain us within 48 hours, we will grant a courtesy waiver of
the initial consult fee, reflected on your first billing statement.

We understand that sometimes, it is just so hard to find a good lawyer.  Here is

If you cannot afford an attorney, all is not lost.  There is a wealth of information
out there, and our office provides an updated blog which may help you
understand simple legal concepts.  We also offer flat-fee servicing
uncontested dissolution matters.

We also offer special payment options, such as Last Deposit Retainers and we
accept all credit cards, as well as PayPal.

You will be billed based on the amount of time spent in your matter, pursuant
to the terms of the fee agreement you signed.  If there is a remaining deposit
upon the conclusion of your case, you will receive a full refund directly from the
